How to claim your money back:
1. Try your product for at least 70 days from the date of delivery, but no more than 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your SECRETREZA product, email our customer service representative at info@secretreza.com. Once approved, return the product (in its original packaging) via Trackable Mail Service 100 days after the date of delivery to the address provided by our customer service representative.
3. Take a "before" photo & video (before shaving, just take a photo of the treatment area so that we can know how much hair is before starting the SECRETRZA IPL hair removal journey) and the photo must be taken before shaving every use and from the same skin section and a video during treatment. You will need to take at least 10 photos and videos to accurately show that you have used the device consistently throughout your 12-week trip and send them to info@secretreza.com
Note: If you are using your device on more than one treatment area, you will only need to take progress photos on your hand.
4. Incomplete, unintelligible or illegible claims will be deemed void.
Actual postage costs for sending and returning the product are the entire responsibility of the claimant and will not be refunded.
5. Once the product is returned, the purchase price of the product will be refunded to you.
